Finance and Managing Director (CFO)

Position Summary

The Finance and Managing Director is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the finance function across Arival Group and the day-to-day office administration of Arival Bank. The role has responsibility for Group-wide financial management, strategy, planning, reporting, accounting operations, and the financial control environment, as well as Arival Bank’s regulatory reporting, capital planning, liquidity oversight, office administration, and facilities management.

The position serves as a key strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and Group President, providing timely financial analysis, sound recommendations, and clear visibility into Arival Group’s consolidated and entity-level financial condition and performance, as well as Arival Bank’s liquidity, capital adequacy, regulatory ratios, and emerging regulatory risks.

The Finance and Managing Director is expected to combine strong technical expertise in accounting and finance with practical capabilities in managing Arival Bank’s office and facilities, banking experience, sound business judgment, and the leadership skills required to work effectively across Arival Group and with the Bank’s regulators, auditors, vendors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
