As a Security Officer Reception Desk in RICHFIELD, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor the lobby, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. In this highly visible role, you will help to deter incidents through strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service, while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to manage visitor entry in alignment with location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, guests, and emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs, document unusual activity and/or incidents, and report concerns through established communication channels.
• Support emergency response activities from the front desk, including providing directions, sharing information, and helping to coordinate access during building-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
