This is a sales and production position—not a traditional customer service role. We are building a high-performance agency focused on protecting customers across multiple lines while creating significant opportunities for producers who consistently generate results. What You'll Do Generate and follow up with new prospects Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance Conduct outbound calls and follow up consistently with leads Identify cross-sell and multi-line opportunities Make life insurance conversations part of the regular sales process Quote prospects and confidently ask for the business Maintain an organized sales pipeline Meet daily activity and monthly production goals Participate in sales training, coaching, and role-playing Track your results and take ownership of your production Production Expectations Our producers work toward clear, measurable goals, including: $30,000+ in new Property & Casualty premium per month 5+ Life insurance policies/applications per month We also track the activities that drive production, including calls, conversations, quotes, follow-ups, appointments, and closes.
