Patient Support Specialist

Providing empathetic support to patients, the part-time Patient Support Specialist will assist individuals using sleep study equipment remotely, offering expert advice and practical solutions while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Key responsibilities Offer friendly and empathetic assistance to patients via phone, email, or chat Provide administrative support and maintain accurate information in the CRM system Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes Required qualifications Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus Availability for at least 20 hours per week, spread over a minimum of 4 days Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage with patients over the phone Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently from home
