Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in geriatric care setting, nursing home or other related health care facility preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have the ability to observe and notice resident needs and to follow set rules and protocol and take direction
• Must enjoy working with older people, have a caring attitude and sincere interest in others; alert to attitudes and feelings of residents
• Computer literacy a must
