Our studios deliver a premium whitening experience and our people are the reason clients come back and bring their friends. The Role This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position. We're hiring a Studio Support Partner for our San Antonio studio — a hybrid role for someone who can sell, connect, and create. You'll be part of one studio's team, splitting your time across three lanes: Referrals — You're the referral engine for your studio. You'll work every client interaction to generate referrals and keep the referral pipeline full. Content — You'll capture content in-studio client reactions and have no fear of asking a happy client for a quick reaction video. Coverage — On high-volume days, when the studio is booked up, you're servicing clients and closing memberships right alongside the team.
