Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct engaging and interactive remote therapy sessions with clients, prioritizing their comfort and confidentiality. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback. \n
- Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of each client’s progress and treatment milestones using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care. \n
- Stay informed about advancements in therapy practices and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure ethical and effective service delivery. \n
Your work will center on a varied clientele, including individual adults, couples, and families facing issues such as marital conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By employing an integrative approach tailored to their unique experiences, you will help foster resilience and improve their overall mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia is mandatory. \n
- Proven experience in providing therapy services in a remote setting is highly desirable. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficient management of a varied caseload. \n

- At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, focusing on family and couple therapy. \n
- Experience with specific modes of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other relevant methodologies. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR management systems. \n
The compensation for this position falls within a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
