About USACS At US Acute Care Solutions, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners will work side-by-side with Physicians as clinical colleagues, providing compassionate, attentive, and quality care within a supportive, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide emergency department coverage in a 51‑bed facility with an average volume of 57,000 annual visits. Work 9‑ or 10‑hour shifts as part of a staffing model that includes 50–60 hours of physician coverage and 30–40 hours of APP coverage per day. Contribute to rapid patient assessment, stabilization, and disposition, maintaining an admission rate of 18% and managing an average of 2 patients per hour. Participate in the certified stroke and chest pain programs and adhere to Epic documentation standards. Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BP). New graduates are encouraged to apply. Commitment to a minimum of two years of employment with completion of the USACS APP Academy.
