Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments of clients, effectively diagnosing mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and addressing urgent concerns.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment strategies and progress documentation, in compliance with established ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches—to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and local community resources, acting as a strong advocate for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
