Role:Product Manager Location:Phoenix, AZ – onsite Duration:Long Term Contract Rate:$57/hr. on C2C Exp.:5-7+ Years Product Manager “5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on digital products or personalization · Strong techno-functional background with understanding of: o APIs, data platforms, and system integrations o Machine learning concepts (recommendation systems, segmentation, etc.)

• Proven experience building and launching customer-facing digital products (web/mobile)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience managing roadmaps, product lifecycle, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in AI/ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and applications in personalization
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce domains
