Duties
Management and administration of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Discrepancy Reporting Program.
Planning and managing investigations to identify issues, problems, trends, and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, and management of the AIDR and PQDR.
Developing and evaluating proposed initiatives and process improvements.
Acting as a customer liaison for FRC East to the Fleet quality community.
Identifying customer issues and assisting in the implementation of process corrective actions and/or improvements to resolve customer issues.
