Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ. This position is responsible for building and managing relationships with business clients, understanding their financing needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding new clients, maintaining regular contact with existing customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of financing and leasing transactions. The Relationship Manager will analyze client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate terms within established guidelines, and monitor account performance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying informed about financial products and market trends, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive portfolio management. Qualifications Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage portfolios, and provide consultative support to business customers. Sales, business development, and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, present financing solutions, and close transactions in a competitive market. Financial analysis and credit understanding, including comfort with reviewing financial statements, assessing risk, and aligning products with client needs. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite) and the ability to learn internal systems quickly. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Prior experience in commercial lending, equipment financing, or financial services business development is strongly preferred.
