Post-Acute Care Physician opening in Corpus Christi, TX San Antonio 140mWe are seeking a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in the Corpus Christi, Texas, area. Full-time (4 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential. In this role you will work in the Corpus Christi, Texas, area including Calallen, Portland and Alice area.

• Dedicated night call coverage for work-life balance
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation is fee for service. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $187,762 to $221,314 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

Qualifications
• Current physician license (state of Texas) and DEA
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
• Local to Corpus Christi, Texas, or ability to relocate
• Work location: in person
