Job Description

* Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for CMaR and Design-Build projects

* Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and scope development

* Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams during early project phases

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure accurate cost projections

* Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and procurement processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
• Experience working within the construction sector of the business services industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and subcontractors.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
