HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lake City, Florida.

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 36

· Patient Ratios : 1:6

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 CNA per 12-18 patients, Charge out of staffing.

· Type of equipment : IV pumps

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: (3) 12 hour shifts rotating weekends

· Floating policy: May float to other Med Surg Department on the same floor covered by the same Charge Nurse with same patient ratio and staffing.

· Patient Experience requirements: None Specific

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS

Must have : BLS

Procedures performed on unit: IV’s, Blood transfusion

Dress Code: (Required uniform) - Gray or White Scrubs.
