Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team in Tullahoma, TN. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and personal care services. Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical in-home services to clients, including:

  • Companionship and social interaction

  • Light housekeeping, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry

  • Meal assistance, including cooking and dishes

  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom

  • Medication reminders and other tasks as needed

• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Respectful and compassionate demeanor

• Good time management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ethics and a commitment to confidentiality

• Physical endurance and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
