We’re seeking a Experiences Manager to support our client, a luxury organization, in delivering exceptional membership experiences. This role is based in a hybrid location with temporary employment status. Join a team dedicated to providing personalized service and strategic growth within the global luxury landscape.
Experiences Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of elite members, ensuring personalized and responsive service.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to create exclusive experiences and high-value access.
- Represent the brand professionally in all member and partner interactions.
- Oversee the delivery of programming and member experiences, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
Experiences Manager Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments.
- Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth through client relationship management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working independently with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
