Experiences Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of elite members, ensuring personalized and responsive service.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to create exclusive experiences and high-value access.
• Represent the brand professionally in all member and partner interactions.
• Oversee the delivery of programming and member experiences, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.

Experiences Manager Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments.
• Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth through client relationship management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working independently with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
