Sr Ops TPM - NPI & Sustaining

* Drive product development across internal teams and external development/manufacturing partners as the Single Threaded Owner for Operations.* Very fast-moving product development and engineering change cycles with needs to manage critical issues and allocate time and resources accordingly with limited guidance.* Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet product requirements.* Support product concept development as Operations/Sustaining lead through POC to EOL.* Drive field performance KPI metrics and EFFA [Early Field Failure Analysis]* Execute development builds by overseeing technical issue resolution and production schedule.* Coordinate cross-functional Engineering, Operation, Supply Chain teams and external Contract Manufacturers to drive/manage validation and build plan and ensure that final products supply can meet demand.* Regular written and verbal communication to Leadership.* Travel as required to accomplish business needs.About the teamLast Mile Delivery & Technology is responsible for envisioning and developing forward-looking initiatives to improve the efficiency, speed, quality, and safety of the delivery experience for customers worldwide. You'll work closely with product, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams as well as partner organizations to deliver and sustain impactful products at scale.
