**Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapists in Stockton, CA!** **Job Description:** Become a key player in transforming lives through rehabilitation at our vibrant outpatient clinic in Stockton, CA! This is your chance to join a team recognized as the Private Practice of the Year by APTA. **Summary/Objective:** - Implement innovative patient rehabilitation programs focused on mobility, function, and strength enhancement. **Essential Functions:** - Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in your practice state. - Continuously update your PT skills and certifications. - Evaluate and treat patients for effective physical therapy and rehabilitation programs. - Utilize Electronic Medical Records to manage evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries. - Guide and monitor patient care throughout their treatment journey. - Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in delivering exceptional patient care. - Communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care. - Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up on prescriptions and test results. - Foster a comfortable environment for patients and address their questions. - Collaborate with front office staff on scheduling and follow-ups. - Demonstrate proficient computer skills for documentation tasks. - Make independent, informed decisions regarding patient care. - Participate in business marketing and referrals as needed. - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality. - Understand PT billing procedures related to various insurance types. - Be proficient in diagnosis and ICD-10 coding for service billing. - Maintain physical mobility to provide hands-on patient support and care. - Lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients in mobility and transfers. **Supervisory Responsibility:** - Oversee PT Assistants and Aides in delivering compassionate patient care. **Work Environment:** - Engage in a dynamic clinic atmosphere focused on outpatient rehabilitation. **Job Responsibilities Related to Patient Privacy:** - Uphold patient privacy as per company policies and legal standards. - Access protected health information only as necessary for your duties. - Share patient information solely with authorized personnel. - Report any privacy concerns to the designated Privacy Officer without fear. - Participate in company privacy training actively. - Communicate privacy policies clearly to staff, students, and patients. - Comply with OSHA and all relevant regulations for safety. **Physical Demands:** - Engage in various physical activities throughout the workday, including walking, standing, and lifting. - Safeguard patient safety while handling equipment and support. **Travel:** - No travel is expected for this position. **Required Education and Experience:** - Degree in Physical Therapy. **Preferred Education and Experience:** - Continuing education courses in physical therapy. **Additional Eligibility Qualifications:** - Hold an active Physical Therapist license or plan to test soon. **Shift Information:** - Days **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 1 year **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
