Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to work a 5x8 schedule and provide therapeutic services consistent with SNF standards. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Assignment Type: Long-term contract (14 weeks contract length indicated). Weekend coverage may be requested by the client; candidate should be open to working some weekends.
