Mechanical Installer II

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $24/hr

Shift: 1st Shift- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Install robotic arms, sub-stations, and internal site fencing.
Assemble and build robotic systems using hand and power tools.
Run wiring for equipment power supply and related systems.
Use pallet jacks to move, organize, and transport materials.
Follow diagrams, blueprints, and step-by-step installation instructions.
Support commissioning activities and equipment startup.
Perform general labor tasks including loading, cleaning, and material handling.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required Qualifications

Previous installation experience in construction, machinery, robotics, or industrial environments.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs consistently.
Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors throughout the shift.
Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to perform physical labor and assist in multiple areas as needed.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, IN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
