Job Type: Part-Time About Us At Crunch Fitness Pembroke Pines, we believe in creating a fun, welcoming, and motivating environment where members of all fitness levels can achieve their goals. Our club is home to a diverse community and a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional member experience every day. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and certified Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor to join our Group Fitness team. Responsibilities
- Lead safe, effective, and engaging Yoga and/or Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels.
- Create a positive and motivating class environment that encourages participation and member retention.
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.
- Build relationships with members and help foster a strong fitness community within the club.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Crunch brand positively at all times.
- Promote upcoming classes, club events, and fitness programs when appropriate.
- Ensure all participants follow proper exercise techniques and safety guidelines.
- Current Yoga and/or Pilates certification from a recognized organization.
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire members in a group setting.
- Reliable, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness.
- Work in a fun, high-energy environment.
