We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and certified Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor to join our Group Fitness team.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, effective, and engaging Yoga and/or Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels.
Create a positive and motivating class environment that encourages participation and member retention.
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.
Build relationships with members and help foster a strong fitness community within the club.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Crunch brand positively at all times.
Promote upcoming classes, club events, and fitness programs when appropriate.
Ensure all participants follow proper exercise techniques and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Current Yoga and/or Pilates certification from a recognized organization.
CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire members in a group setting.
Reliable, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness.
