Customer Sales Engagement Specialist
Location: Fort Lauderdale Level: Entry-Level (Paid Training Provided)
Role Overview
Are you a "people person" with a drive to succeed? Quinonez Management Group is seeking outgoing, high-energy individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Engagement Specialists . This is a dynamic, face-to-face role where your personality is your greatest asset.
We specialize in bridging the gap between Fortune 500 brands and their customers through personalized, one-on-one interactions. No previous experience is required—we provide full, paid training to help you master the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and account management.
Core Responsibilities
As the face of our clients, you will act as a consultant for both new and existing customers. Your daily duties include:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers with professional energy and provide a world-class experience through face-to-face engagement.
Account Management: Use provided tablet technology to verify account information, process new orders, and facilitate contract renewals.
Consultative Sales: Listen to customer needs and suggest tailored solutions, including account upgrades, new promotions, and service terms.
Technical Execution: Utilize proprietary software to manage high sales volumes efficiently and ensure all data entry is accurate.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality standards and report daily performance metrics to the leadership team.
