  • Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.

  • Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic methods, focusing on situational challenges and their underlying causes.

  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized service plans that prioritize their specific goals and objectives.

  • Advocate for clients by identifying and addressing barriers to access to resources, engaging with local organizations, and fostering community connections.

  • Contribute to the evaluation, development, and reporting of programs that enhance service effectiveness and meet community needs.

  • Participate actively in team meetings and training, contributing insights based on your clinical expertise as well as data and findings from your interactions with clients.

  • Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of mental health resources and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing various life challenges, including trauma, mental health disorders, and social injustices. You will work with diverse populations, including those from marginalized communities, ensuring that you apply trauma-informed care principles in your practice. You will play a vital role in facilitating their journey towards recovery and empowerment, helping them to navigate life’s complexities with confidence.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
