LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under supervision, collaborating with healthcare team, and participating in quality improvement projects. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care aligned with patient care plans, policies, and principles of relationship-based care. Collect patient data through observation and communicate findings to assist RNs and providers. Accept delegation from RNs and providers to meet patient and family needs. Contribute to team efforts, mentoring, and committee participation. Qualifications Graduate or student of a Practical Nursing program, or recent LPN board pass. One year of LPN experience preferred; recent experience within last five years required if not recently graduated. Current LPN license and BLS certification from recognized providers (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills. Additional Details: Full-time role with a schedule of Monday to Friday day shifts; cross-coverage may be required. Compensation ranges from $24.55 to $35.65/hour, with benefits eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
