Production Operator IThe Production Operator I is an important part of our manufacturing team, helping keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This hands-on role operates basic machinery, follows established processes, and performs routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. The Operator works as part of a team, maintains a safe and organized work area, and takes pride in producing quality work while supporting daily production goals.Job ResponsibilitiesOperates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Loads and unloads materials into machinery.Monitors machine operations and reports any issues to the supervisor.Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.Maintains a clean and organized work area.Adheres to all safety and company policies.Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.May perform other duties as assigned.Job Skills RequirementsBasic understanding of machinery and production processes.Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment.Basic math skills.Computer skills including ERP systems.Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.Physical & Environmental RequirementsSome physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material.
