PM Full Time Working a 4.2 Rotation

AM Shift - Sunday through Wednesday in STP Behavioral Unit (Behavioral health experience preferred)

Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a secured STP Unit that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses. Our patients suffer varying degrees of physical ailments, and all have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. Our facility provides a transition from acute-care psychiatric treatment to a residential setting. Qualifications:

• CA, Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 Year of Behavioral Health experience in a locked or secure setting for BH Unit.
• Knowledge and experience with de-escalation and redirection.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
