Commerce, CA View email address on click.appcast.io HR Manager About the Role Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Supervisor, responsible for supplier sourcing, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and supporting import/domestic procurement operations. Focus on building a competitive supply chain, reducing costs, and securing long-term supply stability through strategic partnerships. Location: Commerce, CA 90040 | Reports to: SCM Purchasing Manager | Employment type: Full-Time | Department: West SCM. Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Discover, evaluate, and certify new domestic and international suppliers. Maintain and develop a competitive and diversified supply chain. Conduct RFQ/RFP, benchmark supplier pricing and capabilities. Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms. Analyze cost structure and identify savings opportunities. Develop and execute annual cost reduction and value improvement plans. Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations. Collaborate with legal to draft and renew contracts, ensuring they reflect negotiated terms and corporate policy. Ensure supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards. Support audit and documentation requirements. Track supplier KPIs such as cost, quality, lead time and service level. Prepare sourcing performance reports. Utilize ERP/SRM systems for data-driven decision-making. Assist with inventory optimization and demand planning. Engage suppliers in new product development and align sourcing strategy with business growth plans. Qualifications 3–5+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Experience in international sourcing and import operations. Strong analytical and communication abilities. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Experience with ERP/SAP/SRM systems. Working proficiency in Korean (reading and writing). Compensation $55,000.00 – $78,000.00 annually.
