The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.### **Key Responsibilities:*** Perform ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging.* Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to capture optimal images.* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret findings.* Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.* Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.* Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.* Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.* Stay current with continuing education and certifications.### **Qualifications:*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.* ARDMS certification (or eligibility) in one or more specialties (e.g., Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular).* State licensure (if applicable).* CPR/BLS certification.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.### **Preferred Skills:*** Experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center.* Familiarity with PACS and EMR systems.* Bilingual abilities are a plus.**Per diem, various evening hours****Salary Range: $46.55/hr - $51.205/hr****Employment Non-Discrimination:** Richmond University Medical Center is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment and provides full and equal employment opportunities to all employees and potential employees without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions and needs including lactation accommodations, physical or mental disability, age, immigration or citizenship status, veteran or active military status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
