Sign Maker/Lead Production/ Installer

Responsibilities As a Sign Production Lead , you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a top‑tier production team while overseeing all aspects of sign fabrication and installation. Your leadership will ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations—all while fostering a positive, engaging, and creative work culture. Manage daily operations of the sign production team, including workflow, and quality control. Supervise sign fabrication and installation , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Teach and mentor employees on best practices in sign production, material selection, and safety procedures. Assist in Developing SOPs Foster a fun, collaborative, and innovative team environment , encouraging creativity and teamwork. Coordinate with designers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain equipment and materials , ensuring a safe and organized production space. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sign production and installation. Leadership and team‑building experience preferred. We are looking for someone who can assist in recruiting, training, and developing a top‑notch production team. Experience in sign fabrication and installation , including vinyl graphics, channel letters, and large‑format printing. Ability to build and grow a production team , including hiring, training, and performance management. Knowledge of production equipment and materials , such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and wide‑format printers. Project management and organizational abilities , ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget. Ability to teach and train employees , breaking down complex techniques into clear, practical lessons. Strong communication skills , with the ability to explain processes and mentor team members effectively. Passion for fostering a fun, positive, and creative work culture.
