Clinic Operations Lead — Assistant Manager

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Clinic Manager, Director, and Operations team. This role will lead and supervise front-end and clinical staff, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality patient service. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management while aligning operations with policies and strategic initiatives.
