What Youll Be Responsible For:

In this role, you wont just be observingyoull be actively learning how the business works in real time and building the foundation for your future career in insurance.

• Participating in hands-on training across core agency operations, including sales, service, and retention workflows
• Supporting licensed team members with day-to-day client interactions, quotes, policy updates, and documentation
• Learning how to evaluate client needs and understand coverage options across auto, home, renters, and related personal lines
• Developing communication skills through guided client conversations (phone, email, and in-person)
• Observing and assisting with underwriting requirements, carrier guidelines, and policy servicing procedures
• Building accuracy and attention to detail through data entry, policy reviews, and account updates
• Gaining exposure to how relationships are built, maintained, and grown within an insurance agency
• Progressing through structured milestones tied to licensing readiness and long-term career advancement
