What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC License of Qualification (LOQ)
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
• Strong clinical skills in OB/GYN, with the ability to manage 1-3 deliveries per shift
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or childbirth education
• Experience working in a hospital environment with high patient volumes
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Prior experience with callback procedures and overnight shifts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Proven track record of providing high-quality OB/GYN care over at least one year
• Experience working in or with hospitals similar to Flagstaff Medical Center (268 beds)

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 24-hour night shifts scheduled between July and September 2026
• Willingness to participate in callback duties averaging 8-12 hours per shift
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and continuous professional development
