Senior Bookkeeper

Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing and automation solutions, working with Fortune 500 and enterprise customers worldwide. With a strong presence across North America, Europe, and APAC, the company is part of a publicly listed global leader in engineering, automation, and robotics technologies. We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Bookkeeper responsible for managing the day‑to‑day accounting operations of the US entity. This role combines full‑cycle bookkeeping with broader accounting responsibilities, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and audit support. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes Prepare financial reports and support external audits Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and financial reporting requirements Maintain accounting records and work within QuickBooks and other accounting systems Work Routine Management of accounting transactions (AP, AR, and GL entries) Ongoing account reconciliations Monthly and quarterly closing activities Regular reporting to headquarters (HQ) Support audits and periodic financial reviews Success Factors High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of bookkeeping or full‑cycle accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and tax requirements Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting/ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Expert Executive Recruiters
