Location: Central Falls, RI
Reports To: Centralized Intake Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts)

???? What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for families seeking support and services.
• Assess family needs and connect them to the most appropriate Children's Friend programs and community resources.
• Screen referrals and applications, determine program eligibility, and support the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate client records and data within agency and external databases.
• Follow up with families, referral partners, and community providers to ensure timely communication and service coordination.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and community organizations.
• Promote Children's Friend programs through outreach, education, and community engagement activities.
• Help ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and efficient program operations.

???? What You Bring

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience working with children, families, or community-based programs
• Experience with administrative support, data entry, databases, reporting, or case coordination
• Strong computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience conducting outreach and engaging community partners
