Role Overview We are looking for a high-impact Solution Consultant to partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customers to drive solution adoption and business growth.The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting skills, enterprise technology expertise, AI (ML, Generative, Agentic) Solution design, and customer-facing experience. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand business challenges, articulate value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, develop solution architectures, and support strategic deal pursuits. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success and is critical in influencing customer decisions and accelerating revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and transformation objectives. Facilitate discovery workshops and business requirement discussions. Translate customer needs into compelling solution recommendations. Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and value-driven presentations. Create differentiated solution narratives aligned to customer outcomes. Support RFP, RFI, and proposal responses. Participate in executive-level customer conversations and industry events. Develop high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches using latest in AI Work with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to validate solution feasibility. Recommend best practices and adoption strategies. Business Value Consulting Build business cases and ROI frameworks for customer investments. Quantify operational, financial, and strategic benefits of EdgeVerve solutions. Support customers in defining success metrics and value realization plans. Domain Expertise Domain expertise in Manufacturing Operations Value streams specifically Q2O, O2C, S2P and P2P Experience designing solutions for Discrete Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, and Heavy Manufacturing clients Exposure to manufacturing specific Enterprise system and data landscapes including ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, QMS, CPQ etc Deal Support & Revenue Growth Partner with Sales teams on strategic pursuits and large transformation deals. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Support negotiation discussions through domain and solution expertise. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to Product Management on market requirements and customer demands. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred. 3rd party AI (ML, Generative, Agentic) Certification 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Technology Consulting, Business Consulting, or Enterprise Solution Architecture. Experience working with enterprise software products or digital transformation programs. Required Skills Strong AI (ML, Generative, Agentic) solution design skills, and understanding of Total Cost of Ownership of such solutions Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage with CXOs and senior business executives. Experience conducting discovery workshops and solution presentations. Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures and cloud technologies. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to build business value propositions and ROI models. Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
