So come experience the unique charm, and hospitality that could only be created by the iconic hostess herself!Summary Of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personalityOversee daily Housekeeping operations ensuring all linens, uniforms, and guest items meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standardsTrain new team members, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results.Empower the team to go above and beyond, respond to guest feedback with grace, and always find a way to add that extra sparkle.Inspect VIP guest rooms and guest rooms before arrival identifying any cleanliness and maintenance issues to resolve in a timely manner.Inspect all suites daily to ensure cleanliness standards and condition.Verify rooms proper set up and locations of items with correct number of materials.Ensure Housekeeping carts, closets, and service areas are stocked appropriately and according to the hotel standard.Conduct spot checks of the public areas to maintain overall standards.Assist in tracking and reporting of all property goals to manage trends.Prioritize rooms properly according to VIPs, arrivals, departures, room types, and any strategies as directed by leadership.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsMonitor productivity and efficiency to meet hotel standardsMaintain organized, clean, and safe facilitiesFoster a positive team culture aligned with the hotel's values of care, pride, and hospitalityUphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactionalDeliver a consistent, high-quality presentation of rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanlinessCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancyFollow all health, safety, and sanitation standardsRepresent the hotel's culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room servicedMaintain high standards at all times while on property.
