Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3+ years of Med Surg experience required License: Active Illinois License Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - 3+ years of Med Surg experience - Active Illinois License - BLS (AHA) certification - ACLS (AHA) certification (must obtain within 30 days of start) Description: Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. A skills checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty of Med Surg/Telemetry is required. Two supervisory reference forms completed with dates of employment are also required.
