Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Newark & Wilmington, DE . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.


Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist I) is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collections
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment
• Deliver excellent patient service
• Follow all company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience

Additional Information:

• Location: Newark & Wilmington, DE
• Job Type: 13 week contract
• Pay Range: $17 - $21 hourly
• Shifts: Mon - Fri, Between 7 AM-4 PM
