In Home Healthcare LVN - Low Acuity - Full Time/Part Time Days

Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). This role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, including feeding tube management and medication administration, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and coordinating quality patient care according to physician orders. Assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and updating care plans. Recognizing and responding to changes in patient needs to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention. Maintaining infection control standards and compliance with regulations. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state. Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months. Preferred: at least six months of clinical experience, home health experience, and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond effectively to emergency situations. Proficiency in English, physical fitness for patient repositioning, and environmental adaptability.
