Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional residential housekeeping services in private homes, apartments, townhomes, and condominiums.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust furniture, decorative items, baseboards, and accessible surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and detail-clean assigned areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment for different surfaces.
• Follow company cleaning checklists, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work efficiently alongside supervisors and team members.
• Respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy.
• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and professional communication.
• Report cleaning concerns or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential housekeeping experience required.
• Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Brooklyn Park meeting location.
• Availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

No college degree required.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active, hands-on position. Applicants must be able to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Frequently bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Walking up and down stairs multiple times throughout the workday.
• Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Performing repetitive cleaning movements, including scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Moving safely and efficiently throughout multilevel residential properties.
• Performing cleaning tasks throughout scheduled shifts.

Work Schedule & Transportation

• Part-time position, Monday–Friday.
• Workdays generally begin around 8:00 AM.
• Daily and weekly hours vary depending on confirmed client appointments.
• Some workdays may be shorter or longer based on the cleaning schedule.
• Employees meet at our designated Brooklyn Park location and travel with the team to scheduled cleaning appointments.
• Schedules are communicated in advance whenever possible.
• Reliable weekday availability is essential.
• No regular evening or weekend shifts.
