Production Technician

Location: Ruston, LA

Pay: $18.00/Hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Technician to join a manufacturing team in Ruston, LA. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and preparing mechanical parts while supporting daily production operations. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare mechanical parts to company standards.
Inspect parts for quality and cleanliness.
Operate cleaning equipment and shop tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with production and shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical experience required.
Familiarity with shop tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Reliable attendance and work history.
Ability to meet physical job requirements and work assigned shifts.
Welding experience is a plus but not required.
