Redda Group has been retained by a premier, internationally recognized law firm to identify its next Director of Legal Talent Acquisition. This is an opportunity to lead attorney recruiting for an organization known for attracting top-tier legal talent, investing in its people, and maintaining a reputation for excellence in a highly specialized legal market.
As Director, you'll oversee attorney recruiting across lateral, campus, clerkship, and entry-level hiring while leading a talented recruiting team and partnering directly with practice leaders across the firm. More importantly, you'll have the platform to elevate recruiting strategy, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and help shape the future growth of the organization.

What You'll Own
- Attorney recruiting strategy and execution.
- Lateral, campus, clerkship, and entry-level recruiting programs.
- Recruiting operations, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Team leadership, coaching, and development.
- Stakeholder partnerships across practice groups and firm leadership.
- Talent market intelligence and innovative sourcing strategies that keep the firm competitive in attracting top legal talent.
We're Interested in Speaking with Leaders Who Have:
- 5+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm or legal search environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams and managing sophisticated attorney hiring programs.
- A track record of influencing stakeholders and driving recruiting results.
- The ability to balance strategy, operations, relationship management, and execution.
- A passion for building teams, improving processes, and creating exceptional hiring experiences.
