Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Maintenance Technician Full‑time position located in Clearwater, FL. Monday‑Friday, with after‑hours and emergency standby as required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities Assist engineering team in maintenance and repair of building systems. Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas of assigned property (walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, lighting, etc.). Complete tasks such as painting, pressure cleaning, minor plumbing repairs, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance. Carry out general interior maintenance including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, maintaining lighting, and moving furniture and equipment. Perform property inspections and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintain housekeeping, and identify and mitigate safety hazards. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with all applicable state, county, or city ordinances, codes, or laws. Work independently or with a team as required and support additional projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications 1‑3 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry. Trade school, union training, military service, or college education desirable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft. Comfortable with frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving. Strong customer‑service skills.
