Job Description

IMMEDIATE NEED IN DELAWARE, OHIO, 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

In addition, we have openings for a variety of shifts in the

Columbus metro area.

Meaningful Work: Provide personalized care and companionship, promote well-being and independence. Make a positive impact in a comfortable and familiar home environment.

Responsibilities: Follow a personalized care plan. Ensure client's safety. Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

Requirements: Demonstrate empathy and care in all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be trustworthy, patient, and dependable. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs. Capable of performing caregiving duties.

Background: Prior experience preferred. STNA not required. Comprehensive training provided.

Pay range: $16-$18, based on experience.

Background Check: Required after employment offer.

Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
