Imagine you’re handed a complex drawing in Glen Carbon, IL 62034. You study the tolerances, select the right tools, and decide which operations belong on CNC versus manual machines. With each pass, you verify dimensions, refine the setup, and bring the design to life—precise, consistent, and ready for inspection.

What you’ll do

1. Produce to spec: Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes/mills to manufacture parts exactly as required.
2. Own the print: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the most efficient approach.
3. Keep machines at their best: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot performance issues before they impact quality.
4. Validate quality: Inspect finished work, confirm tolerances, and adjust tooling, offsets, or processes when needed.
5. Elevate the process: Share insights with the team to refine methods and enhance throughput.
6. Work safe and clean: Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety protocols without compromise.
