The Opportunity : Join our team as a Tennis Instructor and help grow one of the fastest-growing sports at the club. This position is responsible for providing engaging, high-quality instruction to members of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, group clinics, beginner programs, and special events.

Duties and Functions:

• Conduct private and group tennis lessons for players of varying skill levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and enjoyment of the game.
• Lead beginner clinics and introductory programs to encourage participation.
• Organize and facilitate tennis drills, leagues, round robins, and social events.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Support member engagement efforts and help grow participation in tennis programming.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the club in a positive manner.

Qualification Standards:

• Tennis teaching certification preferred
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience teaching lessons, clinics, or camps.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
