Administrative Assistant (Warehouse Operations)

Position Summary: HunaTek is seeking to hire motivated Administrative Assistants (Warehouse Operations) to fill in support of a NSWC Crane contract. These positions are contingent upon contract award estimated for spring 2027. Essential Job Functions: Perform secretarial duties, including filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. Provide administrative support to executive staff. Manage office responsibilities, including budgeting, personnel records, and payroll. Work independently on projects that require research and the preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Skills and Qualification Required: U.S. Citizenship required. Clearance eligibility required. High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year administrative/secretarial experience. High attention to detail. Highly self-motivated professional.
