GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER – FINANCE & CONTROLLING (m/w/d) WE ARE LOOKING FOR GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - FINANCE & CONTROLLING (m/w/d) Dynapac Business Process Manager (BPM) is a functional/business position focused on the main stream business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP4Hana and the relevant applications used within des Dynapac Product Companies (PC´s), Customer Centers (CC´s) and Distribution Centers (DDC´s). As our current BPM Finance will leave the company, we are searching for a successor. The BPM will have a full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain and will be able to create common, harmonized solutions that are shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, processes from end-to-end. You are a key member within the Dynapac IT Team with global responsibility and report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications. About you EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE: Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer Center is a plus Good skills in project management Experience of working in a multicultural environment Good understanding/knowledge of ERP Hands on knowledge of SAP4Hana v2023 is an advantage Fluent both spoken and written in English Excellent presentation skills PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills, which have a positive impact on others Be able to drive change and motivate other organizations to embrace this change Strong intercultural sensitivity and knowing how to approach people in different cultural environments High customer focus and service orientation Ability and motivation to work independently Strong leadership skills, able to work in a team at all levels Result oriented with a self-motivating personality Ability to work in a (virtual) global team #J-18808-Ljbffr Dynapac Asia Pacific
