Willow & Sprig is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and driven individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with youth in the Phoenix Metro Area and contribute to their growth, development, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support youth with behavioral health concerns, assisting with coping strategies and social skills development.
• Work closely with families, educators, and administrators to ensure youth's behavioral health needs are met and to support their development and overall mental health.
• Provide mentorship to young individuals, helping them navigate their personal and educational challenges.
• Work directly in school settings, collaborating with teachers and school staff to promote a positive learning environment.
• Create a safe, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere for youth, helping them thrive both in school and beyond.
• Participate in school programs and assist with behavioral management and therapeutic support.
• Opportunity to engage with youth in summer school programs and community-based activities during school breaks (if desired).
• Report to your direct supervisor, with supervisory oversight from one of our Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs).
• Complete 1 hour of supervision every other week, with the frequency subject to change according to Arizona state laws.

Qualifications:

• Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must have or be able to obtain at the time of hire).
• Notarized Criminal Affidavit/Declaration Statement.
• Driver's License.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Must be safe and qualified to provide services with children.
• One year of experience working with children in a school and/or behavioral health setting is preferred.

• Previous Experience (Preferred): One year of experience working with children in school and/or behavioral health settings is a plus but not required.
